Not sure if you should apply for job, find out “What the Ads Really Mean” when they reference “preferred” v. “required” skills or “command of” v. “working knowledge of”
On the flip side, I ran across a great blog entry by Catherine Lawson entitled “10 Interview Tips to Avoid Hiring An Idiot.” Since I increasingly know people that are doing the interviewing, not just being interviewed, I thought I’d share the link.
